Macaroni and cheese; an egg and cheese sandwich; tea with sugar; small bag of potato chips
Lunch
Tea with sugar
Supper
Pizza rolls; mashed potatoes; macaroni and cheese; a cup of Pepsi.
Late night snack
Mashed potatoes; macaroni and cheese; tea with sugar.

Not my best day, diet-wise.
I was trying to get some programming done near bedtime, and I didn't resist some comfort food.
