Morning snack
Macaroni and cheese, part of sandwich from Paanera, some soda

Lunch
Skipped

Afternoon snack
1 blueberry muffin, some soda

Supper
Bean soup

Late night snack
Salad: kale, spinach, stuffed olives, three bean salad, grape tomatoes, vinegar and oil; plus 1 bluberry muffin

Notes:
I'm not doing very well on the diet yet, but I'm inching forward.
