Breakfast
Tea with sugar (I skipped the stevia this time); 1 mini avocado, 1 banana
Lunch
1 banana, 1 mini orange, 2 packages of peanut butter and crackers (6 'sandwiches' in each), a 12 oz Pepsi
Supper
2 bowls of salad with spinach and kale, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, stuffed olives, three bean salad, shredded cheese, with apple cider vinegar and olive oil on top.
Late night snack
Stayed up late. Microwaved a sliced potato, then added butter and cheese, heated it again for 30 seconds, then added salt and pepper.
Notes:
My sleep was cut short by the time change, so last night's fast was nothing more than a normal night's sleep.
The salads seem energizing, whereas the normal high carbohydrate diet I ate usually made me sleepy.
