Breakfast
1 mini avocado, 1 banana, 1 mini orange, tea with sugar and stevia
Lunch
1 16-oz Pepsi (started drinking it before lunch, finished at supper); mixed nuts, mainly peanuts and almonds.
Supper
2 bowls of salad, with spinach, kale, grape tomatoes, stuffed olives, mushrooms, shredded cheese, leftover vegetables, and raspberry vinaigrette.
Fasting
8:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
Notes:
The fast I began last night at 9 PM was to have lasted until 6 AM this morning, but I actually broke it around 5:50 AM.
After supper, I also had another glass of tea sweetened with sugar, and just before 9 PM I ate some corn chips.
