Breakfast
Tea with sugar and stevia; 2 mini avocados, and 2 mini oranges.

Lunch
Mixed nuts; 1 can of soda

Supper
Salad; Soda; fried onions

Fasting
9 PM to 6 AM (trying again).

Notes:
I cut back the sugar in my tea from two spoons of sugar, to one spoon of sugar and a packet of stevia in the raw.
