12 oz Pepsi; bag of mixed nuts.

Supper
A burrito at Chipotle, and a soda

Fasting
9 PM to 6 AM (that was the goal; I failed).

Notes:
Still not fully on the keto diet, but my foot is in the door, so to speak. I stayed up late working on programming for the website, and broke my fast too early.
