Sweetened tea, 2 hardboiled eggs

Lunch
Mixed nuts; 12 oz Coke

Supper
Sweet potatoes, pinto beans, Salad: lettuce, tomato, green olives, mushrooms, vinegar and oil; 1 cup of hot tea with sugar

Fasting
9 hours: 9PM to 6AM

Weight
177.4 lbs.

Notes:
On Jan 2, 2025, I had started to phase in the Bredesen Protocol. That lasted less than 2 weeks. Now I'm trying again. I'm starting with diet and fasting.
