Soda, 1 avocado, 2 mini oranges

Morning snack
Soda

Lunch
Walnuts, peanut butter and crackers, 2 mini oranges, soda

Supper
Macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, soda

Notes:
In order to overcome the habit of a high-carbohydrate diet, I think I will have to add individual pieces and develop an affinity to them.
Large changes appear insufficient to overcome the high-carbohydrate diet to which I've become accusomed over the years.
