Breakfast
Pizza, soda (too tempting for me to resist at this point)

Morning snack
Soda

Lunch
1 avocado, 1 banana, some sliced almonds, 2 mini oranges, plus soda.

Afternoon snack
Soda, 1 mini cupcake

Supper
Pasta with spaghetti sauce, garlic bread, soda.

Late night snack
Soda, 3 donut holes, more pasta

Notes:
The only positive move today was at lunch. Tomorrow I'll try to improve on breakfast, and keep lunch similar.
