Breakfast
1 avocado, 1 banana, tea with sugar

Morning snack
Pepsi

Lunch
1 package of 6 peanut butter and cracker sandwiches, 1 packet of 6 cheese and cracker sandwiches, continued drinking the same soda

Afternoon snack
Drank more of the same soda.

Supper
Pasta. Finished the soda and started a Coke.

Late night snack
Three bean salad, soda, tea with sugar

Notes:
Today was supposed to have been a day off, but I got called in to work today. At home, I worked on the programming until late at night.
