More pasta, tea with sugar

Breakfast
Soda, pumpkin pie,chocolate chip cookies.

Morning snack
Started drinking a soda

Lunch
1 package of 6 peanut butter and cracker sandwiches, 1 packet of 6 cheese and cracker sandwiches, continued drinking the same soda

Afternoon snack
More of the same soda, some lime sherbet

Supper
Pasta, finished the soda

Notes:
Today I was scheduled to be off. I thought I was going to have time to complete some tasks and begin fasting, but I was called in to work. Plus a programming issue has taken a lot of time.
