Macaroni and cheese; finished the Dr. Pepper.

Breakfast
Tea with sugar; macaroni and cheese, Oreos.

Morning snack
Started drinking a Dr. Pepper.

Lunch
Macaroni and cheese; Dr. Pepper

Afternoon snack
Continued drinking the same Dr. Pepper.

Late night snack
Oreos; large chocolate chip cookie from Panera; tea with sugar.

Notes:
More late night programming. I'm looking forward to finishing this task so that I can focus on diet, fasting and sleep.
